Hello, my name is Amanda. I, my husband and 3 year old son live on 16 acres of rustic country living in Diggers Rest Melbourne. There we run our main business, The Farm Boarding Kennels (this main website)  We are only 15 minuets from the airport and a hop skip and jump from suburbia, however this country corner feels like we are miles away and a place to take a breath from the busy world. ​

 

I have always worked in the animal field from Vet nursing to working within Zoos Victoria. From 2011 - 2024 I owned and operated Pitter Patter Paws Melbourne, a doggy daycare and grooming salon.  However, post covid, having my son and my battle and win with lymphoma cancer (Yay!) we decided to sell PPP and go for a new country change. "The Farm"  was born! We provide a professional and personal service to each dog we care for. I love making a home away for home for each of them. With work now located at home, becoming a micro breeder is always something I have wanted to do with our much loved pets, Lulu and Luna. Each puppy is raised within our home around other pets and children and cared for 24/7
